Ministry Wives Feel Inadequate
Globally ministry wives have similar battles, challenges, needs, wants, and triumphs. (ETC) is designed to equip every ministry wife with the knowledge and skills to lead effectively and steward every leadership assignment with excellence, grace, and anointing.
- 53% of pastors and ministers report that the seminary prepared them to preach and teach the Bible, but not to lead effectively.
- Even more alarming, many wives have not had the opportunity to attend seminary. Those who do attend report not receiving leadership training as part of their curriculum offerings.
- 84% of ministry spouses have felt unqualified and discouraged in their role, at least one or more times in their ministry tenure.
- ETC builds self-efficacy, self-esteem, leadership capacity, and personal development. Each area is needed to lead effectively alongside their minister husband.

Faculty and Staff
All of our faculty and staff possess dual training in secular leadership and each has been a minister's or pastor's wife for ten years or more. Only a minister's wife knows what another minister's wife needs.
